Crane Lake Trail Construction Event

August 12th- 13th, 2017    

You are invited to join Antonelli’s Advanced Automotive, COPMOBA and the Grand Valley Forest Service Ranger District on the Grand Mesa as we build a new trail.  Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.

There will be a BBQ after the trail work on Saturday with several door prizes awarded to thank all the volunteers. 

Please come prepared to hike to the work site.  Wear long pants, work gloves and eye protection.  Bring plenty of water and some snacks to tide you over until the BBQ at 3:00 pm.  

Take highway 65 to Lands End Road, in about a mile, turn left on Flowing Park Road FS 109, travel 4-5 miles and turn right on Crane Lake Road FS109c.  Travel ¼ mile, go past the cabin and look for the COPMOBA staging area.  

Everyone is welcome to camp in that area both Friday and Saturday nights.    

Starts at 9:00 am both day.  

Saturday BBQ at 3pm

Sunday work until 12:00 pm, then ride after?
